(Tube Settler Media) designed to enhance sedimentation efficiency in STP and ETP clarifiers.
The tube deck media is manufactured from UV-stabilized polypropylene (PP) in a hexagonal cellular structure, providing high specific surface area and improved solid-liquid separation.
Available in 750 mm and 900 mm lengths, the media significantly reduces clarifier footprint while improving removal of TSS and turbidity.
It is ideal for primary clarification, secondary clarification, tertiary polishing units, cooling tower blowdown treatment, and as pre-treatment for MBBR / SAFF biological reactors.
The media is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, easy to install, and requires no energy or moving parts, resulting in low O&M cost and long service life.
